How does billing work?
All charges are handled securely through Shopify's billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. There's nothing separate to set up and no card details to share with us.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. Better Bundles has a free forever Basic plan (up to 3 active bundles and limited AI usage). Paid plans include a 15-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from the app at any time. When you cancel, billing stops at the end of the current cycle — no lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing or multiple stores?
We're happy to work something out for merchants running multiple stores or wanting annual billing. Email hello@legerstudio.pro and we'll set you up.
What happens to my bundles if I downgrade?
Your bundle configurations are never deleted. If you drop below a plan’s active-bundle or monthly revenue limit, extra bundles simply can’t stay active until you’re back within the limit — nothing is removed, and you can reactivate them by upgrading again.
