Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the legerstudio.pro website and any Shopify apps published by Leger Studio ("we", "us"), including Better Bundles. By installing one of our apps or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of our apps
Our apps are provided to help you operate your Shopify store. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's own terms of service. You are responsible for the offers, pricing, and discounts you configure — we provide the tools, you control the commerce.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in the app and on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within the app; charges stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Availability and support
We work hard to keep our apps fast and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We provide support by email and aim to respond within one business day. Priority support response targets on paid plans are goals, not guarantees.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our apps, code, design, and branding. You retain all rights to your store's data and content. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leger Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the service. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
