1. Who we are

Leger Studio ("we", "us") builds Shopify apps and operates the website legerstudio.pro. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it — both on this website and inside our apps.

2. Data we collect through our apps

When you install one of our apps on your Shopify store, we receive the data required for the app to function, as authorized by you through Shopify's permission system. For Better Bundles this includes product, variant, and inventory information, bundle configurations you create, and order data used to power sales reports (such as bundle units sold and discounts given).

We do not collect or store your customers' personal information beyond what is strictly required to apply bundle pricing at checkout. We never sell data — yours or your customers' — to anyone.

3. Data we collect on this website

This website collects minimal data. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referrers, country). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use invasive tracking.

If you email us or submit the contact form, we keep the correspondence so we can help you effectively over time. The form collects your name, email, optional store URL, a topic, and your message, and routes it to hello@legerstudio.pro or support@legerstudio.pro.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you submit so we can send product updates, release notes, and blog posts. We also record a simple source label (for example “footer” or “blog”) to understand where people subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

4. How we use data

We use data to operate and improve our apps, provide customer support, reply to contact-form and email inquiries, apply discounts correctly at checkout, display analytics inside the app dashboard, send newsletter and product updates you opted into, and comply with legal obligations. That's it.

5. Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall an app, Shopify notifies us and we delete store data associated with your installation within 48 hours, in accordance with Shopify's mandatory data deletion webhooks. You may also request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe or ask us to delete their email. Unsubscribing stops future mail; you can also request full deletion of your subscriber record.

6. Third parties

Our apps and website run on trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, and error monitoring services) that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. Newsletter emails are sent through our email provider. We share data with third parties only as necessary to operate the service — never for advertising.

7. GDPR & CCPA

We support merchants' obligations under GDPR and CCPA. Our apps implement Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks, including customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure. If you have a data request — including newsletter deletion — contact us and we'll respond promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
